Objectives
- Provide a brief overview of adult mental health targeted-case management services;
- Define and note the importance of the concept of recovery in the experience of mental health consumers and mental health services provision;
- Provide an overview of the services within the Minnesota community mental health services system, and the role of adult MH-TCM in coordinating these services;
- Define eligibility for adult MH-TCM services; and
- Provide information about how individuals access adult MH-TCM services.
