Consumer Directed Community Support

The Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) Support Planner training provides awareness, knowledge and understanding of CDCS and the roles, responsibilities and skills needed to be an effective support planner.

Successful completion of this training is required to be paid to provide support planner through CDCS.

If you have questions about the Consumer Directed Community Supports program, or if you lose your certificate of successful completion, contact the Minnesota Department of Human Services by e-mail and a response to your request will be e-mailed back to you.
