Information about CDCS Support Planner Initial Certification

The Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) Support Planners information provides awareness, knowledge and understanding of; and the roles, responsibilities and skills needed to be an effective support planner.

Successful completion of this certification is required before providing support planner services through CDCS.

Re-Certification is required every two years. To re-certify, take the Support Planner Re-Certification exam.
