Medicaid State Plan

Minnesota must comply with federal regulations to receive Federal Financial Participation.  Documentation is crucial to compliance.
 
In Minnesota services are provided to persons with:

• Serious Mental Illness (SMI)
• Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)

These services are reimbursed from Medicaid funds. To receive reimbursement specific documentation must be provided.
