Purpose of Interpretative Summary

The Interpretive Summary:

• synthesizes information collected in all assessments into a clear picture of the person
• ties the diagnostic and functional descriptions together

The Interpretive Summary is an excellent tool for providers that receive a standard clinical Diagnostic Assessment along with a referral and need to tie things together.
