As part of the provider agreement to apply as Minnesota Health Care Programs provider, you must agree that you will comply with all laws, both state and federal as it relates to data privacy. Minnesota law governing data practices can be found in the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minnesota Statutes, chapter 13), and Minnesota Rules, parts 1205.0100 to 1205.2000.
