How to NAVIGATE the CRSC panel

The CRSC panel will not display if there are no suspended claims for the search criteria.
To view a claim on the CRSC panel use the down arrow key to place the cursor on white text somewhere on the claim you wish to view.
Press function key F4 to navigate to the first screen of claim selected.
TRANSMIT to advance through the screens in the claim queue.
Press function key F6 to return to the CRSC panel to select a different claim to view or
Press F8 to advance to the CRPC panel.

You may have noticed that navigation in CLAIMS PROCESSING INQUIRY differs slightly from other subsystems.
