1. According to recent studies, the success of HAC involves two key success factors related to committed HAC staff and counties.
2. Your primary role is to assist people with disabilities who are eligible for HAC to find a home of their own Iin property that is not owned, leased or controlled by providers of services.
3. Your main responsibilities fall into three large areas, or rings – People, Process and Promotion.
4. While the Promotion and Process rings of responsibility are essential, the People ring is the most important.
5. Your Promotion responsibilities involve reaching out to HAC partners, while your Process responsibilities involve tracking the use of disability housing vouchers.
