Objectives
Objectives can be targeted sequentially and/or concurrently in order to attain a rehabilitative goal. It is essential that objectives are manageable and have a time frame provided to evaluate progress. It is advisable that there be no more than three objectives per goal.
Examples of objectives:
- I will identify three signs that I am anxious
- I will manage my anxiety well enough to shop for food twice a month
- I will be able to follow a daily routine
- I will ask for help when my voices tell me scary things
- I will have at least one thing to do if I am feeling overwhelmed when out with my family
