1. Does Andreas have other health care coverage?

Yes, according to the checklist Andreas has Medicare coverage Part A and B and has Part D through a Minnesota Senior Health Options plan, MSHO. QMB is currently paying for the Part A and B premiums, and because Andreas is an MA enrollee Extra Help is paying for the Part D premium.

2. Does Andreas have any other third party liability issues?

No. Andreas does not have any other health care coverage nor did he report an accident.

3. Does Andreas have to cooperate with medical support or have a parental fee assessed?

No. Andreas does not have any children in his household.
