Monthly Renewals

Monthly reporting is required in the following situations:

• Income varies monthly which must be verified and the budget updated monthly.

Earned income is in excess of $80 per month for a person using an LTC income calculation.

Monthly reporters are required to report and verify income monthly using the Household Report Form (DHS-2120).  Clients who do not return the HRF are ineligible for basic MA and payment of LTC services.
