Adult Update
Although there needs to be a review of all components, the following areas must be addressed in an adult update:
- Review of client’s life situation
- Review of presenting problem
- Screenings for substance use/abuse/dependency
- Mental health status examination
- Assessment of client’s needs based on the baseline measurements
- Clinical summary, recommendations, and prioritization of services
- 5 Axis diagnosis
