Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire
The SDQ is a series of questions designed to be completed by parents, youth and/or teachers and interpreted by professionals. The questionnaires are specific to 3 to 17 year olds (3-4 year olds, 4 to 10 year olds, 11-17 year olds). The Questionnaire is available in Hmong, Khmer, Russian, Somali, Spanish and English. The tool addresses Emotional Symptoms, Conduct Problems, Inattention-Hyperactivity, Peer Problems, and Pro-Social Behavior.
