Welcome to The Adult Mental Health Crisis Response Curriculum.  This training was developed in response to Minnesota State Statute 256B.0624 Adult Crisis Response Services and is based on the Minnesota Department of Human Services Crisis Curriculum-A Mental Health Manual.

The training will cover important aspects of this critical topic including introductory material such as definitions, data privacy and holds, mental illness as related to culture and special populations. We’ll look at interventions and managing emergencies.  Our partners, such as law enforcement personnel and service providers will be introduced.  Finally, the last two modules will let you put the knowledge to use in managing simulated crisis situations.

As you progress through the training we will occasionally present PDF documents for you to read and ask you questions about them. There are also some PDF documents available to you as reference material. In order to view these PDF documents you will need to have the Adobe Reader installed.
