Practice with Vignettes
You will now have an opportunity to practice “conducting” a functional assessment based on the principles and concepts presented. In the next sections you will be presented with several vignettes in which you will see Isabella talking with an assessor about her life and the impact that her mental illness has had on her status and functioning in each of the domains on the functional assessment.
Before each vignette you will be informed as to what domains are being addressed. After viewing the vignette you will be asked to read two narratives for each domain and choose the best one. Information will build from vignette to vignette. You may wish to take notes and review previous vignettes. Vignettes are accessible from the banner at the top of the screen.
