Good news! You do not need to complete an MA Method ABD community income calculation for Andreas for last month because he was already eligible for basic MA without a spenddown and QMB for last month. He meets income eligibility requirements for MA-LTC for last month based on this.
Also note, you do not need to interrupt his certification period to determine MA-LTC eligibility for the current month.
