Throughout the LTC/Waiver course sequencing we will provide you with reference handouts and forms that relate to the topic being discussed. These materials will be utilized not only in this course but also in other LTC/Waiver courses, including the systems course.
We recommend that you add the materials from this course to your binder and highlight items that pertain to your county’s service delivery system. The policy found in these materials is current as of the date found on it. You are responsible to recycle or update materials as policies change.

(PDF).You must have the five training cases available. You printed these materials before starting the MA-LTC series of online courses or in the MA-LTC Basics course. If you do not have the five LTC training case packets, you can print them by:
