A Good FA
MN Policy Guidance states:
“Minnesota AMHD policy is that all parts of the system conduct the FA consistently, and to the full extent of their ability, even if they only need a portion of the information to support their own service.”
This statement clarifies that regardless of what provider completes the functional assessment, the content and quality needs to be the same regardless of the service to be provided and the provider completing it.
