We recognize that in the presentation of the vignettes, the domains are linear in nature and do not necessarily reflect the process, activities and flow of an actual functional assessment. However, it is a model which allows you to practice and refine your knowledge of functional assessment, required content, domain definitions and documentation skills.
Before you begin, you will want to review the definitions for each of the domains as well as required content and definition for status, functional description and link to mental illness. Click on the glossary for these definitions.
