A case manager's caseload must be of a size that enables the case manager to attend to the outcomes specified for case management services to a child or to the outcomes specified for case management services to an adult.
The average caseload of a case manager providing case management services to adults with SPMI shall not exceed the ratio of 30 clients to one full-time equivalent case manager.
