Subpart 2 B (6) Face to face contact is at least monthly. Face to face contact of less than monthly is NOT an acceptable standard for the large majority of case management recipients. Although the rule allows for less frequent contact, that was to be applied in limited situations. For example, prior to closing case management services the recipient and the recipients case manager might plan for less than monthly face to face contact to help determine the recipient’s self sufficiency and aptness of case closure planning.
