Error in the rule language. Minnesota statute states that reviews and revisions must occur at least every 180 calendar days, not 90 as stated in rule.
Best practice is that the functional assessment and the ICSP are reviewed, updated and completed with the recipient every 90 days. This may happen more frequently upon recipient request or if there are any significant changes in the functioning or needs of the recipient or if progress toward the outcomes planned in the ICSP is not occurring. The case manager should not wait for 90 or 180 days if the ICSP is failing.
