Final quiz
Below is the link to the final quiz. You will be required to register for the quiz and asked for an email address. Your email address will ONLY be used to send you a link to your passing certificate. DHS will not contact you by email or share your email address with anyone.
Passing is a score of 80%. When you pass the quiz, you will receive a link to a certificate that can be printed. You will also receive an email with the certificate link. The certificate is your proof that you have successfully completed this required training for the year, so please put it in a safe place. The Department of Human Services will not have a record of the results so you will have to re-take the course if the information is lost.
