TERMINAL LOCKED BY TIME OUT

When there is a period of inactivity MMIS automatically times out and worker must reenter MMIS password to reactivate session. If worker had logged on by completing the STATE OF MN panel REQUEST field prior MMIS timing out then the panel in the table below displays.

How to reactivate MMIS after time out

  1. MMIS automatically places cursor at entry start of field.
  2. Enter MMIS password in the Enter password to unLOCK terminal field.
  3. TRANSMIT to return to location when MMIS timed out.
