The LOGON panel is used to register worker's ID and password.

How to complete LOGON panel the first time worker accesses MMIS

  1. Enter your ID in the LOGONID field. In this example 000000 is entered in the LOGONID field.
  2. TAB to the PASSWORD field.
  3. Enter the temporary password provided by MMIS liaison in the PASSWORD field.
  4. TAB to the NEW PASSWORD field.
  5. Enter new password that worker created in the NEW PASSWORD field.
  6. TAB to the [ENTER TWICE] field.
  7. Enter new password again in the [ENTER TWICE] field.
  8. TRANSMIT to the next MMIS panel.

How to complete LOGON panel when no temporary password is used

  1. Enter you ID in the LOGONID field.
  2. TAB to the PASSWORD field.
  3. Enter your MMIS password in the PASSWORD field.
  4. TRANSMIT to the next MMIS panel.

How to complete LOGON panel to update MMIS password

  1. Enter your ID in the LOGONID field.
  2. TAB to the PASSWORD field.
  3. Enter your current MMIS password in the PASSWORD field.
  4. TAB to the NEW PASSWORD field.
  5. Enter new password in the NEW PASSWORD field.
  6. TAB to the [ENTER TWICE] field.
  7. Enter new password again in the [ENTER TWICE] field.
  8. TRANSMIT to the next MMIS panel.

MMIS Password Reminder

Worker must update MMIS password every 30 days. MMIS will post a worker message when password has expired. Worker will be unable to access MMIS until password is updated.
