MMIS GROUP SECURITY SELECTION

The GROUP SECURITY SELECTION panel displays when a worker has more than one MMIS security group assigned for use.

Many workers have only one MMIS security group assigned. When a worker has only one security group assigned the GROUP SECURITY SELECTION panel is not displayed.

How to use Group Security Selection panel

  1. TAB to place cursor in front of security group to be selected.
  2. Type X to select. In this example C101 - CTY WAIVER STAFF/UPDATE was selected.
  3. TRANSMIT to next MMIS panel.

When to use the Group Security Selection panel

  • Use the GROUP SECURITY SELECTION panel when more than one MMIS security group has assigned to worker.
  • Security groups are assigned for specific programs and business needs.
  • Lead agency staff that do MMIS entry for multiple programs may require several MMIS security groups assigned.
