MMIS LTC SCREENING DOCUMENT COMMENT SCREENS

The LTC screening document has three comment screens for entry of comments.

  • ADHS panel is for comments entered by DHS staff.
  • The case manager enters information on the ACMG panel.
  • The ARCP panel is used for entry of information the recipient requested that the case manager documents.

The ARCP panel is the last panel in the LTC screening document queue. Pressing TRANSMIT from the ARCP panel returns to the ALT1 panel.
