Sally
Sally is on SSI, qualifies for MSA and, since she lives in her own home with support from a PCA and the brain injury waiver, she qualifies for Housing Assistance. So, Sally is eligible for HAC. A referral to the local energy assistance program might find her more support.
John
Since John is on a home and community based waiver, he may be eligible for transitional waiver services for goods and moving expenses to pay for moving expenses, deposits and household goods.
