  1. People eligible for Housing Access Coordination (HAC) are adult Minnesotans of all ages who enrolled on disability long-term care waivers and want to move to homes of their own that are not provier leased, owned or controlled.
  2. SSI and MSA provide monthly payments to qualifying people for food, shelter, utilities, personal needs and other necessities.
  3. SSDI is a federal insurance program funded by payroll taxes and administered by the Social Security Administration (SSA).
