Module Objectives
In the last module you learned about the rules for protecting assets through the LTCP. In the next module you’ll learn about the process to follow for protecting those assets. This module briefly reviews the forms that will be used throughout the processes discussed, and some forms that are a part of processes not discussed.
When you have completed this module you will be able to identify the LTCP forms and their uses.
The LTCP Forms (PDF) handout provides a chart with each of the LTCP forms listed.
Each of the six forms is used for very different purposes. Use the handout and your hard copy of each form to take notes throughout this module.
