Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social Emotional (ASQ:SE-2)
The ASQ: SE-2 is a series of questionnaires designed to be completed by parents and interpreted by professionals. The questionnaires are specific to nine age groups: 2, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48 and 60 months of age. The questionnaire is used to help facilitate a dialogue with parents about their relationship with their child and their child’s social and emotional development.
