Consumers who have participated in a functional assessment that included full consumer engagement report the following.  These statements have been gathered as part of feedback given to focus groups and surveys. The comments reflect the perceptions of over 2700 consumers.

  1. “The functional assessment helps me see what I can do.”
  2. “It makes so much sense.  Now I know why I can’t do some things”.
  3. It gives me hope that I can learn how to manage those things that get in my way”.
