Choose the best narrative for the domain, Dental Health

Narrative A:  Dental Health
Narrative B:  Dental Health

Isabella does not have a problem with oral hygiene.

Isabella reports she has "excellent oral hygiene." She brushes and flosses her teeth daily regardless of whether she is "upbeat", "down" or "normal". Her commitment to maintaining oral health is long-standing - over 20 years. She visits a dentist annually accessing information and arranging for transportation. When in a severe manic or depressive phase, Isabella may cancel or miss her dental appointments but always follows up and reschedules when she reaches "balance".

You are incorrect.
A is not a good narrative. It contains no status, no functional description and no link to mental illness. This is not acceptable.

B is the best narrative. It identifies status and functional description in an objective, non-judgmental way and links any functional impairment that is impacted by her mental illness. It includes both strength and impairment of function. It addresses all aspects of the domain according to the definition as well as the additional information presented in this training.
