Who Writes the Interpretive Summary?
The best person to write the Interpretive Summary is:
- The clinical supervisor of the rehabilitation services, and.
- At minimum must be a Mental Health Practitioner under the clinical supervision
of a Mental Health Professional.
The Interpretive Summary must:
- Be written AFTER the Diagnostic Assessment, Functional Assessment and Level of Care are completed.
- Should synthesize all information and make it useful.
If more assessments are conducted, the Interpretive Summary should reflect this additional information.
