Prepping the Training Cases
Locate the case packet for each of the training cases listed below. You may have put them into separate case files as was suggested in the Introduction module of this course. If you did not print them before starting this course you need to do so now.
At the back of each case packet you will find an MA-LTC Case Checklist (DHS-5590). You will begin completing this form for each case on the next page.
