1. Has Padma verified all income that needs to be verified for MA eligibility?

Yes, Padma has verified her RSDI and annuity income. She has also verified Aman’s RSDI and pension income. We will discuss what type of income calculation to use in the Income and MA-LTC course.

2. Based on the factors you listed on Padma’s DHS-5590, and not taking into consideration Padma’s asset total, the income calculation, possible cost obligation or MA-LTC requirements, does Padma meet the MA requirements for last month and the current month?

Yes, Padma meets all of the MA eligibility requirements we have discussed in this course for both months. After determining that Padma meets all MA eligibility requirements we can then proceed to look at eligibility for MA payment of LTC services.
