Special Issues for ACT and IRTS

Persons receiving ACT and IRTS are also receiving clinical services from the same provider.
ITP’s will include:

1. Rehabilitation interventions and
2. Clinical interventions

For clarity purposes, it can be helpful to identify which interventions are rehabilitation and which are clinical.  Some providers put a “C” next to clinical interventions or an “R” next to rehabilitation ones.
