MMIS Liaison
All County and Department of Human Services (DHS) agencies have one or more MMIS liaisons to assist workers with MMIS access and technical issues. MMIS liaison is responsible for:
- Requesting MMIS access for workers.
- Providing new users with instructions for launching MMIS.
- Informing workers of current MMIS password requirements.
- Requesting temporary password for workers when MMIS password is suspended or needs to be reset.
- Requesting MMIS access when worker access has been revoked for non-use.
- Assisting workers with MMIS technical questions.
Each agency has a process for establishing, reestablishing and revoking MMIS access for workers.
