MMIS Liaison

All County and Department of Human Services (DHS) agencies have one or more MMIS liaisons to assist workers with MMIS access and technical issues. MMIS liaison is responsible for:

  • Requesting MMIS access for workers.
  • Providing new users with instructions for launching MMIS.
  • Informing workers of current MMIS password requirements.
  • Requesting temporary password for workers when MMIS password is suspended or needs to be reset.
  • Requesting MMIS access when worker access has been revoked for non-use.
  • Assisting workers with MMIS technical questions.

        • Generally the worker's supervisor must first approve MMIS access.
        • Then the MMIS liaison forwards the request for MMIS access or access changes to the DHS (Department of Human Services) MMIS Security unit.
