Minnesota's Case Managers

Throughout this course you will be able to hear audio excerpts from real case managers who work at the county level in the state of Minnesota. As experienced case managers they will present their point of view in their own words providing examples that may add insight, help and encouragement to new and experienced case managers.

Audio from Melissa, Lisa, Winna, Cathy, Val and Linda will be available throughout the course. We believe their comments and insights on case management will be thought-provoking and inspirational to case managers throughout Minnesota.
