Plan development: Writing measurable and observable goals and outcomes

Writing the goals that are observable and measurable. Something is observable when you can actually witness it or see it occurring. It is measurable when it can be counted or expressed in numbers.

The following are examples of goal statements. One statement is both observable and measurable, the other is not. Click on the statement that is observable and measurable.
