The Participant Role

Participant in center of overlapping circles labeled HAC, County, Landlord, Supports, Family and Friends.

You can see that your role is essential to HAC as long as you are passionate and committed to helping the individuals you serve find a home of their own with the support they need.

Of course, the person's role is also critical. The person is the center point for communication, activities and decisions. The most important and central role is that of the person supported by HAC. The person's wants and needs provide the foundation for the person-centered housing plan.
