Phase 2: Find

The second stage of the Housing Access Coordination process is Find. In this stage you will complete the process of finding the individual a home of their own.

Once the desired home is chosen you will continue to help with neccessary preperation for the move

An important part of stage 2 is helping the individual execute the lease. Executing the lease means both parties sign it and the landlord provides access to the home.

You learned in Module #3 about three important provisions to point out so the individual understands the expectations prior to signing the lease.
