Throughout the LTC/Waiver course sequencing we will provide you with reference handouts and forms that relate to the topic being discussed. These materials will be utilized not only in this course but also in other LTC/Waiver courses, including the systems course.
We recommend that you keep and organize all LTC/Waiver materials in a binder. The policy found in these materials is current as of the date found on it. You are responsible to recycle or update materials as policies change.
If you did not choose to use the Handout Print Packet, provided in the Introduction to LTCFs and Waivers course, to print handouts for this course, click on the icon below to access and print all handouts that will be referenced throughout this course.
