Janet is diagnosed
with Bipolar II and borderline Personality Disorder. She experiences mild
to moderate mood swings which are exacerbated by the onset of her menstrual
cycle. The dominant symptoms include heightened anxiety levels that impair
her ability to regulate moods such as hopelessness, paranoia, as well as
lethargy, and difficulty feeling joy in her hobbies and during family events.

and medication adjustment.
