Progress Notes - Learn More

In general, a group note might have the same intervention for all participants. 

For example, demonstrated how an earplug can be used to reduce the interference from voices.

However, each individual participant’s group note must contain:

• Their specific rehabilitative goals and objectives from their service plan,
• Describe how that individual specifically responded to the intervention,
• Contain plans for what that individual will focus on in the next group session
