When you monitor a client’s goals, can you answer these questions?
- Can you answer the following questions when you are monitoring a client’s progress towards meeting service plan goals?
- Is the client getting the services and/or resources established by the service plan?
- Are the services and/or resources utilized in such a way that the client can benefit from them?
- Are the services and/or resources utilized by the client meeting the objectives of the service plan?
- Are the services provided and/or resources utilized in a manner that is beneficial or usable to the client?
- Are the plans objectives appropriate to the client’s current needs, skills and abilities?
- Will meeting the plan’s objectives give the client the ability to continue living in the community?
- Does the client need additional services, resources or interventions in order to continue making progress?
