Client ICSP
The ICSP is the roadmap of adult MH-TCM services. It is governed by federal and state regulations. At its heart, the ICSP is a straight-forward plan to help the individual utilize his/her current strengths and resources, and gain access to additional services and resources to help the individual accomplish his/her goals.
The ICSP ultimately belongs to the individual. Learning to write ICSP’s with the individual that also meet regulations is an achievable goal for case managers.
