As case managers, you are constantly bombarded with multiple demands from various sources: client needs, client crises, paperwork requirements, making phone calls, returning phone calls, appointments and supervisor expectations.

Often, many of these demands are time sensitive and urgent. These demands tax your ability to cope and force you to respond. Working with people and helping them with their problems, needs and goals is stressful. It is important to take care of yourself: physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially.
