Module Introduction
There are five different processes used for the LTCP. One process is used during each of the following phases of the LTCP:
- LTCP Initial Determination.
- HealthQuest Response.
- LTCP at Renewal.
- LTCP New Asset Reported.
- Referral to the county Estate Recovery Team.
This module will provide you with more information about the LTCP Initial Determination Process and the HealthQuest Response Process only.
