Interventions for Broad Category 4

Interventions assist clients develop knowledge and skills in:

• Establishing supportive relationships with nearby community members.
• Developing connections with family, friends or others as a source of support or as a resource to aid in achieving the person’s goals
• Instructing the person on how to access and engage in leisure, recreational and community social activities
• Assist the person to facilitate collaboration to connect their network of natural supports
• Linking natural support development with skill building efforts
